vyx ("we," "our," or "us") operates the vyx.app website and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information you provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
- Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
- Filter descriptions: The natural language descriptions you provide when creating custom filters.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, filter creation and signal views, timestamps of activity.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription
- Send you signals, notifications, and service updates
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Monitor usage patterns to improve performance and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate vyx:
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and backend infrastructure. Your account data and filter configurations are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information directly and is PCI-DSS compliant. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Binance: Market data. We fetch publicly available price and volume data from Binance to power your filters. No personal data is shared with Binance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (listed above)
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Signal history and filter data are retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account closure.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Supabase, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications
