1. Service Description

vyx is a cryptocurrency market screening tool. The Service allows you to describe trading setups in natural language, which our AI converts into custom filters. These filters scan publicly available market data from Binance futures and generate signals when your criteria are met.

vyx is not a financial advisor, broker, or automated trading system. The Service provides market screening and alerting functionality only. It does not execute trades, manage positions, or provide personalized financial advice.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Make your own independent trading decisions based on your own judgment and risk tolerance

4. Financial Disclaimer

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. All signals, filter results, and market data provided through the Service are for informational purposes only.

• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance of any filter or signal does not guarantee future results.
• We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or signals.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will identify profitable trading opportunities.

5. Subscription and Billing

Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features as described on our Pricing page. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@vyx.app within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Free trials

We may offer free trials of paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by vyx and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Your custom filter descriptions and configurations remain your property. However, you grant us a license to use them as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party service outages (Binance API, Supabase, Stripe).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vyx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses resulting from signals, filters, or any information provided by the Service
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vyx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
