Billing
All billing is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices from the Stripe billing portal.
Accessing billing
- Go to Settings
- Under your plan, click Manage
- This opens the Stripe billing portal
What you can do in the billing portal
- Update payment method — Change your credit card or add a new one
- View invoices — Download invoices for any billing period
- Cancel subscription — Cancel your Pro or Trader plan
- Change plan — Switch between Pro and Trader
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings > Plan > Manage
- Click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free tier
Your custom filters are preserved but deactivated when you downgrade to Free. If you re-subscribe later, you can reactivate them.
Payment methods
vyx accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
