Billing

All billing is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices from the Stripe billing portal.

Accessing billing

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under your plan, click Manage
  3. This opens the Stripe billing portal

What you can do in the billing portal

  • Update payment method — Change your credit card or add a new one
  • View invoices — Download invoices for any billing period
  • Cancel subscription — Cancel your Pro or Trader plan
  • Change plan — Switch between Pro and Trader

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Plan > Manage
  2. Click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier

Your custom filters are preserved but deactivated when you downgrade to Free. If you re-subscribe later, you can reactivate them.

Payment methods

vyx accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
