What is vyx?

vyx is an AI-powered crypto market screener. You describe trading setups in plain English, AI generates custom filter code, and that filter scans every Binance futures pair 24/7. When your setup appears, you get a signal with chart context.

Is vyx a trading bot?

No. vyx finds setups that match your criteria and shows you signals. You decide whether and how to trade them. Think of it as a custom scanner, not an automated trader.

What exchanges do you support?

Currently, vyx scans all Binance futures pairs. Other exchanges may be added in the future.

Filters

How do I create a custom filter?

You need a Pro ($29/mo) or Trader ($59/mo) plan. Go to Signals > Filters > New Filter, then describe your trading setup in plain English. The AI generates the filter code for you. See Creating Custom Filters.

What data can my filters access?

Price (OHLC), volume, and technical indicators: MA, EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, ATR, Stochastic, VWAP. Plus candlestick patterns. Across timeframes from 1 minute to 1 day. See Available Indicators for the full list.

How many custom filters can I have?

Free: 0. Pro: 5. Trader: Unlimited. See Plans & Pricing.

Can I see the generated code?

Yes. After the AI generates your filter, you can review the code before activating it. Full transparency.

Signals

Why am I not getting signals?

Check these things:

Is your filter active? Go to Signals > Filters to verify.
Is your description too specific? Very narrow conditions may match rarely. Try loosening your criteria.
What timeframe are you using? Higher timeframes (4H, daily) fire less frequently than lower timeframes (5m, 1H).

How fast are signals?

Real-time within your chosen timeframe. If you set a 5-minute filter, vyx checks every 5-minute candle close across all pairs and alerts you immediately when your setup appears.

Can I see the chart when a signal fires?

Yes. Every signal includes a chart view with your indicators overlaid at the exact point it fired. You see the full context of the setup.

Account & Billing

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings > Plan > Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans include a free trial period. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

What happens to my filters if I downgrade?

Your custom filters are preserved but deactivated. If you re-subscribe later, you can reactivate them.
